PAM for ERP basic is a certified document management and archiving system
for SAP ideally suited for SMBs and international corporations alike.
PAM for ERP basic supports all document types and filing strategies, as well as
archiving of SAP reorganization data.
PAM for ERP basic contains the certified SAP interface PAMerp archiving 4.0, which
guarantees perfect integration in the PAM (Professional Archive Manager) document
management system.
Architecture
Using the intelligent Setup Wizard, the application is installed with a few mouse
clicks.
The SAP HTTP server is connected and configured through an intuitive
Administrator interface. PAM for ERP basic supports the database products
MSSQL, MySQL, and Oracle.
Scanner applications and document views are invoked directly from the SAP user interface
by means of OLE components.
Document types and archiving strategies
The basic version of PAM for ERP lets you complete most archiving tasks:
Capture paper-based documents using the PAM for ERP Scanclient in order to file
them electronically after processing according to the principle of late archiving,
or add scanned documents to a defined SAP workflow using the method of early input.
Archive print lists (ALF) automatically from invoicing runs or outbound documents
(PDF) such as quotations or purchase orders placed with vendors.
Streamline your productive system by archiving reorganization data.
SAP users can view archived documents directly in SAP with their familiar
business application.
The included Migration Client imports documents reliably and easily from third-party
archives into PAM for ERP basic or PAM for ERP enterprise. |
