During early archiving within the SAP business workflow, paper mail is opened, sorted,
prepared, and scanned in the central mail depot or functional departments prior
to its actual processing. This workflow is supported by the
PAM for ERP Scanclient
which can
be launched directly from the SAP application.
The digitized records are transferred to the SAP workflow for further processing.
Significant cost savings and optimization potentials can be obtained by removing
paper-based records from the workflow at an early stage. |
