The performance of
Enterprise Content Management systems depends on how they can

combine your existing IT infrastructure with products of our PAM-STORAGE ECM
(Enterprise Content Management) suite.
Users archive and search for documents directly from their familiar business application.
At the push of a button, users can view the corresponding incoming invoice for a
posting line in the FI system.
Implementation with ERP systems:
The communication between ERP user, ERP server, and
PAM HSM archive is provided
via powerful server/server interfaces. Using this method, the HSM.ID and Doc.ID for the relevant posting line is entered in the ERP database during archiving. Users
continue to use their leading ERP applications as they usually would to retrieve
documents related to the current posting line. The information is displayed in a
document viewer or browser.
Standardized archive interfaces:
We offer an interface certified by SAP Walldorf specifically for SAP users
(BC-AL ArchiveLink 6.2). Additional information about our

Customized ERP interfaces:
Non-standard interfaces to ERP systems - e.g. Navision, Fabasoft, winsure-,
Varial and others - are customized to user requirements
in the project.
Implementation of messaging systems,
Post Process Management:
Emails also need to be included in these work processes and forwarded reliably to
electronic files and workflows.
With our email archive solution
PAM for EXCHANGE, emails
can be classified automatically during archiving and prepared for further processing.
Depending on their classification, the relevant emails
and indexing data are kept at a special storage location in order to be imported
by downstream third-party applications such as CRM, ERP or DMS systems. Implementing
ECM products from
H&S Europe is particularly easy and fast. Classified emails
are routed directly to the corresponding electronic customer file and forwarded
to the electronic workflow for distributed transaction processing. |
