We provide various methods and products for user access to electronically stored files, records, and documents. Depending on
the requirements, we offer both a straightforward file view in a special viewer as well as an easy-to-use document management application with a variety of editing tools. A combination of different DMS clients is also easily possible.

WebClient

To search for folders or documents, we provide a browser-based application with user-definable search forms. During implemen-
tation, these forms are customized to specifically meet all customer requirements. Users can (if authorized) add new documents and print, edit and e-mail current files.

Document view in the ERP/CRM system

Some specialized departments have fairly basic requirements
for a document management system. Example: At the push of a
button, users in the Accounting department should be able to
view the corresponding incoming invoice for a posting line shown
on screen. To implement this functionality, we provide powerful server/server interfaces that are specifically adapted to your requirements.

The result: The application features a new menu item or function button used to view the corresponding record relevant to the
selected posting line in a document viewer. ERP records can also
be added in this way to the PAM HSM Archive.

Client Access Licence (CAL)

The application programming interface for document access applications. Industries like the banking and insurance sector use their own software and competence centers in order to realize sophisticated IT projects as fast as possible.

Our PAM CAL (Client Access License) allows highly developed
organizations to create their own document information and view
applications. Qualified software developers are thus able to implement the PAM HSM Archive in their own strategic applications.

Adding and deleting new documents (if authorized).

Start document workflow if workflow installed.
