Features at a glance Smooth Information Lifecycle Management
Information management has become important because of regulatory rules, storage optimization, and an increase of disaster recovery. A good information lifecycle management solution helps you minimize information management headaches.

Archive Manager Exchange Edition captures, routes, stores, restores, migrates and deletes emails automatically by using its HSM archive engine, taking the workload
off your plate. The information management system controls the retention policy of
each archived email from how long it will remain in either short term or long term
storage media.

Short and long term email archiving allows you to set retention categories for single messages, mailboxes, or distribution groups. According to your set time, emails are
then moved to cost-effective long term storage media. After the retention time elapses, messages are then finally deleted.

Some archived emails may need to be restored back to the MS Exchange store.
The information lifecycle management provided by Archive Manager Exchange Edition restoration function makes this normally time consuming task effortless. Emails can be marked for restoration by removing the archive link. The message is then returned to the
MS Exchange server.

Archive Manager Exchange Editionensures that the information management of
your email messages is up to date for storage optimization and compliance.
