Small and medium-sized businesses are just as enthusiastic about the versatile archiving
options as are international corporations. PAM for NOTES offers the archiving method
to meet their needs:
Immediate archiving of emails upon reaching the Domino mail server
or at specific intervals.
Automatic archiving of emails after a certain time period
or when they exceeded a certain size, contain a certain reference
or were sent by a certain user.
Numerous configurations are possible per user, group, or organizational unit
due to the option of only archiving from certain folders or, conversely,
of excluding certain folders (e.g. personal mails if such private use is allowed).
Mail database activities can be extended to allow users to archive emails manually.
In this way, Lotus Notes remains the frontend for archiving and retrieving emails. |
