Installing and using Archive Manager SharePoint Edition archiving solution
does not
disrupt SharePoint operability or the end user. Archived documents
in
the application
are still available
in the same way as before. No training for the end
user is needed.
In addition, the context menu of a document allows the end user and the archived
item
to
have the following interaction:
- Archive the current document
- Create html shortcut link after the document is archived
- Retrieve current document from the archive
